supporting the java applet would be very difficult as well. I wonder if we could tie into the application vnc.

Why not just make it execute the default browser on the machine?

Unless you are thinking of having a truely integrated one which is skinned etc, which would be pretty much a waste of time that could be put to better and more relevant uses.

Maybe embedding an IE window into the program, thats pretty easy (I dont like IE but I dunno if this can be done with Mozilla/Firefox)

/edit
I've just looked at the plugin development for this and it looks it would be pretty easy to stick an IE container into a plugin, I don't have .NET atm lost the cds though when I do I will quickly knock one up and see how that goes.

The problem is you can easily allow the plugin to lanuch ie. The problem is plugins generally work for MVP as well as for users on the computer directly. It would not work over mvp unless we do a VNC like solution. I did find http://dnvnccl.sourceforge.net/

A C# VNC Client. That might be an interesting plugin. And if you wanted a C# ide download sharpdevelop. Freeware.

The MVP is pretty cool it allows full control and the same api as the GBPVR on any TV in your house without having your computer next to your TV. It uses the ethernet wire to transfer the signal.

90% of the time I use my MVP.
