I just found these on the avs forum. I have not seen the last three before I will add those tonight
set them all to zero dwords it may fix the TV3 issue

No change adding the last 3 lines above.
One thing I did discover was, if you set the primary screen resolution to 1900 1200 the HA stops working in dvbviewer. reducing it to 1200 800 gets it working again.

OK I got gbpvr working under vista with HW acceleration working on all channels appart from TV3.

As the object of the exercise was to prove gbpvr and to try to get TV3 HA acceleration working it would appear that the ati 2400 agp card can not do 1080i HA. unless any one knows different.
I had to install powerdvd8 to get the HA encoders to kick in on all the other channels.
So I dont think I will be staying with vista I will leave it on the drive just incase new drivers come out. I dont think trying older drivers will help as the HA seems exactly the same as in xp now with the older drivers I had installed.

Ye ha got tv3 working in 1080i on vista
run the attached script turn off uac first.
this does not fix xp but it is a starting point.

Well done! I'll try these tweaks, but it sounds like to get gbpvr & HA working with these cards, you need to upgrade to Vista...
