Status output to standard MCE frontpanel display?

I searched the wiki and the forum but could not find this
Is there any of the status display plug ins that can send its output to a MCE fronpanel display?
I have a MCE PC that has the front panel display but I do not like MCE and replaced it with GBPVR but now I miss the front panel display.

Are you referring to the Ahanix MCE303 case with the 2X16 iMON VFD display, or something else?

I am referring to a case that uses a unknown display for which a MCE compliant driver is available that allows MS XP MCE edition to display its output.
The device has two lines of text plus a number of icons. The driver exposes a named pipe and by writing something to the pipe you control the display.
This interface seems to be standardized by MS for MCE devices.
I have no further documentation.

if you can get lcdsmartie to work you can use the imonvfd plugin do get your info
