Error_no_system_resources

Hi. My system has been recording fine but last night one of my DVB-S recordings failed with this error.

GBPVR (1.2.9) didn't flag this as a failed recording. I only realised it didn't work when I tried to watch it and saw that it only recorded two 6kb files - one at the beginning and one at the end of the programmed time.


My system hibernates and wakes up by itself. All recordings after that worked fine.

What cause this error? Why didn't GBPVR flag it as such and how did it recover by itself without me doing anything to my system?

You can get this type of error if the device is in use elsewhere in the system.

I don't think anything was using the device at 2am in the morning. I think it may be related to the "No Signal" message box when I use LiveTV to tune in to a DVB-S channel. This was a bug that I believe was fixed in 1.1.15 but it seems to still come up about half the time for me and I have to switch channels and back to get rid of it.
