I know there is a checkbox in the config for supporting daemontools, my question is how do you access it from within gbpvr? I have some ISOs that I'd like to watch in gbpvr and I'm not sure exactly how to load them.

You browse to .ISO files in the Video Library to play them. It'll automatically run daemon tools in the background to mount to drive, and start playback of the DVD.

thanks sub, I tried this and now when I try to play the iso I get 2 windows that pop-up.

The first is a daemontools window that says:
Secure Mode Conformation for command line -mount 0, "c:\backup\my movie.iso"
with a yes or no box.

The second is another daemontools window that says:
Secure Mode Conformation for command line -unmount 0
with a yes or no box

Also it is trying to play the disk in my dvd drive.

I do have it set for daemontools to be drive H: and this is also set in the config.

This 'Secure Mode Confirmation' message is something they've added recently. Another user posted about it a few days ago. I seem to remember they found an option in Daemon Tools to disable it.

yep, found the "secure play" option and disabled it, the only other thing I had to do was set my autorun for "take no action" and everything goes great. No longer trying to play the dvd. Thanks sub.

ISO file playback doesn't work for me with GB-PVR 1.2.13. It used to work with 1.2.09. I'm using Daemon Tools Lite 4.12.3. Screen goes blank, hard drive light is going, but nothing on screen and no audio. I hit Back on my remote and it goes back to menu.
NPVR 4.1.0.180302 o Kodi 17.6 o EventGhost 0.5.0.rc4 o SAF 6.3.2 o SchedulesDirect

Have you checked the assigned drive letter within GB-PVR config?

It didn't work for me either. The path info doesn't seem to be saved from the config utility. I had to manually change it in config.xml, and then it worked fine.

I stopped using Daemontools when it came bundled with all the spyware.

Is there a way to get gb-pvr to work with Virtual CloneDrive? http://www.slysoft.com/en/virtual-clonedrive.html
