Got my PCH but refresh seems strange

It has something to do with the background mask in the skin folder. I edited it to be clear, now the problem is gone.

it is 720p when on the PCH and in GBPVR with my original config. Then it showed 1080i in GBPVR with your suggested changes.
i changed it back to 720p so it wouldn't keep switching modes.
with a clear background mask the problem has gone away.
