Remove item from playlist

I couldn't find any info on this, but maybe I overlooked something.
How do I remove an entry from a playlist (in the playlist screen obviously)?

The ctrl-k (record button) used to do it...not sure if it still works though, version 7 had major changes in the playlist area and that may have been overlooked.
