I did the tweaks actually. It didn't make enough difference. On most content, it was fine, but on high motion full HD content, it tears. I think the card can probably handle it. I just don't think the drivers are adequate to fully exploit the card.

Using another card such as a 3450 would probably provide just the extra horsepower to get by the rapid changes in motion using brute force without breaking the bank. The 3450 also is a passive card. I may try it to see how it works.

That was talking about showing the numbers as you type on the TV Guide screen. The app doesnt do this, and didnt in its earlier incarnation.

You may be thinking of the numbers shown when typing a new channel number in live tv.
