Access Denied (license_expired)

I am currently using FF 2.0.0.16 on the wifes old W2k laptop & every now & then get this message when I'm on the forums, I haven't had it when on any other web site.

Access Denied (license_expired)

A license has expired on the Proxy, and your request is not permitted: "The SGOS license has expired"
A new license must be obtained.

For assistance, contact your network support team.

Anyone know what it means? apart from me not being able to re-load the forums that is

my guess is because google does not have the personal friendly service of this forum.
