The default TV Guide layout for "Reflect" is number+icon. From the screenshot it appears that there are no icons to draw, hence just the numbers.
Alternative formatting is selectable through the community skin plugin. If you select "7-channel TV Guide - Reflect" as the TV guide style from the "edit the current theme (advanced)" section of the plugin, it should give you number+name. If you don't have/want to install the plugin you can set the <TVGuideChannelHeaderType> to 1 in config.xml.
