Menu without scrolling items possible?

Is it possible to make a skin where the menu items (dvd, video, music, etc) are static on the screen, and only the selection highlight moves?
With a small number of menu items, this method is much more usable.

Sorry, that is not controllable by the skin. It is "hard coded" for now.
