not defrag anyone?

hmmm, does anyone know how to stop defrag on xp from coming up on it's own?
nothing in my task scheduler, yet it starts while i'm watching videos...grr
since i am using hip with post messages, the os doesn't know i'm using gbpvr...
it's really annoying...:mad:
can't seem to find the right info in searches..
any help appreciated..

It is accessible in GUI form if you install TweakUI; somewhere in the options is a check box for "Optimize hard disk when idle"
