Need help!

Hey, Im a big n00b when it comes to this stuff, so i really need some help. I just recently formatet my harddisk, and before I had Intervideo Hometheater, and it sucked. This program looks amazing, but I just can't seem to get i to work.

I figured that I just might not have the right hardware?? I have a ASUStek Mercur Capture Device, or thats what I think it is? (how do I find out?) I used to watch tv on my computer, just by having an antenna cable put on to the tv-tuner card, but it doesn't seem to work with GB-PVR? But Im a n00b, soo please help!

Is this a DVB digital card? If so, run filtercheck.exe from the gbpvr directory, then zip and attach the filtercheck.log and I'll take a look.

If its an analog card, I think you're out of luck - sorry.

Is it possibly one of these?

I'm not aware of anyone using one, I think they do have hardware encoding, but I'm don't think they're supported

I don't see any bad language - Your English is certainly a lot better than my danish!
