I can see 'Temporary ASP.NET Files\gbvpr in that folder. I also don't see 2.0 in Control Panel to remove it but when trying to reinstall it, it tells me it's already part of my operating system (Vista).
I'm not aware of any program installed that would have removed it but I guess that could be possible.
Checking which versions are installed I found 1.1, 2 and 3 installed though only 1.1 is shown in the control panel.

You can or can't see the folders and files under that directory?

Can't. When I have some time, I'm going to check the other system closely to find out what it has to compare.

On my Vista machine I have the Temporary ASP.NET Files folder.....I have no idea why you don't.

I do not (just like you) have an uninstall option for .Net 2.0 in my Programs and Features within control panel....so that is at least normal.

It looks from your screenshot that the Temporary ASP.NET Files folder is not there...but I can't be sure it would have come after the RedistList folder which is at the bottom of your screen shot.

I assume you are using the GBPVR web server and not IIS....is that correct?

Yes, I'm use GBPVR web server. I wonder if the fact that I also have Vista Media Center TVPack installed has anything at all to do with it. But to be honest, I just put that on recently and had this problem in past versions. I swear I had a problem with XP long ago and never could fix it but an update to a newer version of GBPVR fixed it.
Don't spend too much time on this. While I enjoy using that part of the app, I'm not a die hard user and can get by. Maybe it'll just fix itself again. :o

EWA still works for me with the TV Pack installed.

I figured as much but as I have TVPack on 2 systems both running GBPVR, I wasn't positive. At least this takes one thing out the equation.
