Perhaps the Yahoo server would be less balky if scheduled runs of yapi2xml were not restricted to even-hour settings. How about making that time set drop-in box active for typing?

I puposefully didnt do that since 99% of people would leave it set to ":00". Instead the app decides on a random number of minutes after the update our to spread out the requests of different users.
