You still nedeed to have AnyDVD HD installed.

Good to know. I'll update the main post with this info. The HD audio bitstream version of ffdshow is actually a seperate SVN branch and the main branch will be updated after some LPCM issues are worked out. So I'll note this in the main post until it's merged with the main branch.

Sorry, I said that wrong. LPCM needs more work so it will be fixed after the merge. There are some issues with the Xonar bitstreaming that are scheduled to be fixed and then it will be merged. The code for the ATI 5xxx series is complete for TrueHD and DTS-HD/MA though.

Yeah, I'm waiting to see how it's implemented. If it's using the IStreamSwitcher interface though, we still have the same issue.

Hi,

This plugin looks exactly what I am looking for.

I have proven that my system can:

1. Play bluray discs from the optical drive using Power DVD.
2. Create a title.bluray.iso
3. Mount the bluray.iso within Daemon tools
4. Play bluray.iso within Power DVD
5. Within GBPVR playback DVD.iso using Daemon tools.

I have installed AnyDVDHD (licensed) & Movie Library plugin.

When I select to play the title.bluray.iso GBPVR advises that its loading the selected HD content but then it crashes.

I am suspecting that I do not have the correct codec(s) installed/enabled.

I have: K-Lite Codec Pack (including: FFDShow Audio & Video along with Haali Media Splitter) - This pack works fantastic for all the video/audio formats that I need to use.

Is there a codec I need to enable/configure within this setup.

Any advice greatly appreciated.

Thanks

Bezza

I remember running into this as well. The problem was that GBPVR (and the plugin) was attempting to play the movie before AnyDVD had finished working and made the disc available. You can increase the <DaemonToolsPrePlayDelay> setting in config.xml to fix it. You may have to try different values until you find one that gives AnyDVD long enough to work.

The other option is to disable AnyDVD for the virtual drive in the AnyDVD Settings->Drive->Selection. This will only work if you ripped the disc without the protections though. If you left the disc protection in place, you will need to leave AnyDVD enabled for the virtual drive to decrypt the ISO.
