Help I Messed Up

Hello,
Trying to get GBPVR set up on my PCH and did the install script. When I got to part 2 where you change your video settings from auto to something else I changed mine to 1080p (I have a 1080p tv) and now my screen is just black. I can't change it back. I have tried unplugging the PCH and rebooting. I do see the PopcornHour buffering image but nothing after that. Any clues on how I can get back in to change the setting to something else?

You probably selected 1080p component, that is the first one in the list and I've done it myself. From the PCH remote hit the TV Mode key and then the 0 key to go back to Auto mode.
