I've tried to install this on another system, and I seem to have forgotten how to do it. I also can't find your instructions...

Sorry. I ended up figuring it out...

1. enabling the web gui in uTorrent, username,password
   
   
2. Using the ip of the system with uTorrent in the plugin config. Local Intranet is OK and probably preferred (firewall/router reasons), in spite of the example showing an external IP
   
   
3. Making sure uTorrent autostarts with shortcut in Startup folder
   
   
4. Restarting both uTorrent and GB-PVR Recording Service
