Most DVDs that I try have not problems, I have some home-made DVDs that I burned a few years ago that will not play in GBPVR. When I go to the DVD module, it just goes to a blank screen until I hit the stop button. If I use MPC-HC, I get the same thing, except in MPC-HC, I am able to use the navigation menu to jump to Title 01.
The only thing different about these DVDs is that I had used IFO Edit to change the First Play PGC to force the audio and subtitle tracks to what I wanted as default. It appears that for whatever reason, the standard DVD Navigator does not process this PGC correct and does not automatically play Title 01.
The discs work fine in both my standalone DVD players. They also play fine in my WinDVD 4 software.
So, I'm wondering, what other DVD Navigators work well with GBPVR? I have Nero installed and used graph edit to build a graph using the Nero DVD Navigator. The graph worked and the DVD played Title 01, but when I tried to use it in GBPVR it crashed. I also tried using the Intervideo Navigator (from WinDVD4) which also crashed on some discs.
Anyone have experience using any of these or other DVD Navigator successfully with GBPVR?
Or, is there a way I can jump to a specific title on the disc within GBPVR?
Thanks,
JBreits
