SearchWizX2 is a great plugin. Congratulation to the author!

I found this little bug however:

Scrolling up the search result listing, by pressing the Up arrow or
Page Up, causes SearchWizX2 to close to the main page. From then
on it will not work normally until PVRX2 is restarted. I also
noticed that when the plugin is about to close, the title
description at the bottom of the page is gone.

To avoid this bug I need to scroll the result listing down only.
To scroll up I must exit the listing (return to the left pane)
then re-enter and scroll down again.

The log files are attached.

Problem fixed!

The problem was apparently caused by the newest WizDlls v2009_04_14 libraries present on my system. When I first installed SearchWizX2, the wizard suggested to keep this up-to-date set of files which I did. Tonight I re-ran the plugin installation but answered "no" when asked the same question. This was the correct answer: at that point SearchWizX2 started working perfectly.

I think this incompatibility issue should be investigated further by the programmer. For info I run the latest GVPVR release on Windows XP Home Edition SP3 french.

I'm having the same problem. I also can't schedule a recording with SearchWizX2. I select the Schedule button, the dialog starts to fade away, and it stays locked up. I then have to kill pvrx2.exe and restart it.

WizDllInfoHelper log file attached.

I think I've found a fix for the problem with the list. Try attached WizUiHelper.DLL (V1.0.22.3)

If you could re-create this problem and attach your logs, i'll take a look.

1.0.22.4 seems to have fixed the problems. Do I have a special configuration that exposed a bug, or should everyone have experienced the bug but no one reported it?

This is a bug that was in the WizUiHelper controls. It only occurred under certain circumstances when the controls were being disposed. I never noticed it on my system, others may have experienced it though.
