I did not search before I made this thread so I hope it hasn't been covered.

I'm not asking how to do this, I'm here with solutions!

I've found two tools, booth have their problems but I have successfully worked with booth. The first I believe is the best this is TSsniper: http://www.antidark.org/newforum/viewtop...?f=13&t=42 (try this alternative as the site seems to not be working right now http://www.videohelp.com/tools/TSSniper) P.S. it seems to work with m2ts as well.

Two things to note:
1, You are setting your cut points as the parts you want to edit out unlike Cuttermaran where you mark what to keep.

2, As per the author's notes you will most likely need the Haali Media Splitter installed and go into the programs settings and tell it to use the Haali Media Splitter (AR) as the demuxer.

Also not as big a deal for me is that right now it only cuts on IDR frames.

Second is h264 TS cutter: http://www.h264tscutter.de/show_artikel.php?id=5 (alternative http://www.videohelp.com/tools/H264TS_Cutter)

I got this one to work too but I had to do some configuring and I had some help, basically in settings you tell it to cut on... you guessed it IDR frames. The first few times I tried to open a file it did not like them but for some reason it started working. It does not like m2ts the last time I tried and you mark the sections to keep.

Neither of these match the use of Cuttermaran for mpeg2 files and I hope Cuttermaran updates to work with h264 and TS as they already work with ac3 but until them TSsniper is a bit slow but good to work with, all the cuts were where they should have been and actual file creation time isn't bad at all, give it a try.

Did you try this one: http://www.squared5.com/svideo/mpeg-streamclip-win.html
It says it does ts, I can't try because I only use analogue. For mpeg2 it works fine, even the "fix time code breaks".
