Hmm... I don't have Vista, so cannot recreate. It looks like two problems.
1) Permissions problem. C:\Program Files\devnz\ cannot be written to.
2) 'C:\Program Files\devnz\gbpvrEpisodeTweaker.log' is missing a back-slash between gbpvr and EpisodeTweaker.log.

What version of the program (and WizDLLs) are you using?

I am out of town til mid next week, I'll check it out when I get back.
