M2TS blu-ray files with LPCM audio-sound doesn't work

I've recently been backing up my blu-ray collection to my htpc, and some of the m2ts files only have LPCM audio for English. Unfortunately, I can't seem to get lpcm to work with GB-PVR. Is there a way to convert it to DTS or AC3 so that my htpc will recognize it?

I'm using the newest version of gb-pvr and my audio is connected to my computer via the red/white RCA connectors.

GB-PVR doesnt take any part in the playback of .m2ts files, it just askes windows to play the files, so it wont be GB-PVR settings that would fix this. You'd need to look at the decoders you've got installed, their settings etc.
