"Lock" dialog box

Hi folks,

I've been using Ultra2-rc1 for awhile now without any problems, but the last couple of times I've tried to enhance the epg, I get a dialog box with the word "Lock". I try to close the box but it immediately comes back so I have to use task manager to shut down Ultra2. I use Schedules Direct for epg info and don't have any problem with the data that comes down, I just can't enhance it. Any ideas? Thanks.

I found the problem. I'm going to release a fix with a rollup of a couple of other issues...

Daldana, does this happen a lot? I need to know so I can priortize my time. I actually would rather enjoy the sun rather that program right now, so if you're surviving...

Can you set the "Online Check" in the Web Timeouts section of the TS tab to 0 and then click 'set'?

Grab some sun! This can wait until you can find some time, I still have working guide.

This happens infrequently, maybe two or three other times since I started using this version. I will check the box and we'll see what happens.

i just deleted the temp series id file as it was full of javascript pages of some sort..

Yes, the lock comes from an error in the text, I do not know where that comes from, except, my suspicion is the EPGtools.com (the host) is unable to come up with a request and gives a default error html..

I have discovered that there are cases that you can delete first, download new, get a garbage file, and need to redownload.

So added code to do this. I can't tell for sure if it's a file lock issue, because too many people are trying to get a file at the same time. It's following hhtp protocal so it shouldn't be the problem... anyway...
