Any ideas on why this popup would be occurring? I see the logs always contain this, but I've never seen a popup with the error.

Is XmlSerializers.dll a file your project references?

No, it's not...

I'm just using the .NET XmlSerializable class.

I just found on MSDN that XmlSerializable must have read/write permissions in the system's TEMP environment variable. I bet that might be the cause.

I found a way to create the weather2.XmlSerializers.dll file, so maybe this will help.
