Rewind buttons skip forward

When watching a recording if I click either of the rewind buttons, it skips about 15 seconds FORWARD. Am I missing something? I found the option to specify how many seconds to skip back but it has no affect. I read other posts about switching from winding to skipping but cannot find this option.

I have upgraded to the latest version and have .ts files with default settings.

Just realised I had a codec utility installed. Uninstalled that and rewind in now working.
