Dollhouse is shorter now

So I'm watching the season premiere, and I notice the length, about average at 43 minutes. For those who didn't know, Fox experimented with longer show lengths last year, making both Fringe and Dollhouse closer to 49 minutes sans. And while I never felt like fringe needed the extra time or used it well, it was great for Dollhouse.

I guess I should just be happy they kept the show at all, but they left it on friday with crappy and completely unrelated leadins, so it's really just a matter of time anyway and I might as well complain.

Many of the networks are cutting the budgets of shows, (Heroes is cut by about $300K a show) and are doing at least 1 and maybe 3 shows a season less due to lack of advertising dollars.
