WR2 skinning question(s)

Radio.png is the default when no logo is found for a station and moremusic.png is the default folder icon when no icon is found. I guess I could skin those too.

Sadly PluginHelperFactory.getPluginHelper().GetSkinRootDirectory() returns \skin\ and not \skin2\
