Martin, That did it I have full menus now. But now the video does not play. When I goto Live TV it just hangs. When I go to TV Guide then I select a show to watch then select watch it just hangs there. No Video or Audio. The only way is to power off the PCH.

Here is my current logs.

To narrow down issues what I usually suggest trying before live tv is an audio and a video file. If you can play both my part on the client is done and sub can take over since that is server configuration.

However, I suspect your problem relates to this message

Code:
2010-02-10 23:41:25.484    VERBOSE    FindFilterByName failed to locate filter: GB-PVR PSI Parser

Did you install the VC runtime in NMTInstall? Once you have maybe try to run the Reregister bat file from the Start menu.

I did install VB runtime from the NMTInstall. I made sure that all were clicked and installed in the default directories. I will try the Re-Register Filters from the start menu and let you know what happens tonight. Again thanks.

Martin,
Just to be sure on my test PC that I had GBPVR running I set Number of servers to autostart to "O" and in the MISC2 tab I un-click Enable GB-PVR web server on port and un-clicked Enable NMT client streaming extensions.

I could not wait until I got home, I ran Re-Register and re-started the NMT but did not re-start the PC. Same thing full screen menus now but it just hangs when I click WATCH in live TV and from the TV Guide.

One thing, when i went back to the PC the "G" GBPVR in the bottom right task bar was green like it was streaming video but nothing was coming through the NMT. If this helps.

Should I turn off my second test PC just in case something is trying to get through?

Should I install VB again from the NMTInstall?

@dannyyy you may have missed this bit of Martins message

It may be a good idea to try his suggestion of trying an audio track & then a recorded video file to see what happens? Then upload you logs again.

Once you confirm media can play, and I expect you will, you should manually install the runtime http://forums.gbpvr.com/showpost.php?p=3...ostcount=1 and then run re-register.bat. If it still fails since sub hasn't joined on this thread make a new post about not being able to record on the main support forum with your current logs.

The other machine will have no impact.

Martin,

Audio file plays fine but I recorded a show and this does not play. Here is my log files. When I manually install the runtime GBPVR but should I Modify, Repair or remove first?

Since I don't think recording is working for you the video test is invalid. You need to get sub's attention.
