USB-UIRT/Girder Control of Satelite Box?

Hi,

I have a Hauppage 350 with IR, USB-UIRT, and Girder.

I cant change channels. When I browse to a channel through tv gude it never changes the live tv channel. I can move up, down, left and right though. (WHAT AM I MISSING??)

I have girder selected as the plugin in GBPVR and I can change chanels if i run the test command through girder. How do I tie girder to GBPVR correctly?

It might be simpler if you don't go through girder but use the built-in GB-PVR USB-UIRT controller plugin.

Try editing your Recording Source to have USB-UIRT as the channel changer.  I think you have to go through a quick setup, where you have to go through the standard keys with your remote to teach the plugin what to do, but you should be fine after that.
