In my situation, sometimes it gets so bad, there is pretty much no more audio until I restart the video one way or another.

I still don't think this is a W7 problem, I run W7x64 on 3 computers and the stuttering/out-of-sync issue is the same on all as it was on XP pro SP3.

Ok, an update. I checked the internals of my devices and all three tuners where sharing the same IRQ. That may or may not be a problem. But moving one tuner to another slot fixed that possible problem (one tuner is a dual so it has to be on the same IRQ).
Another possible issue is the CI card that is optional on the Twinhan card. I removed it since I use multidec anyway. When I introduced the CI card in my former XP setup that was when the video stutterig on one of the dual tuners started. That went away on win7 but instead I got audio issues.
With the CI card removed and the card moved one slot I have so far no audio stuttering at all. But it is early days yet.

In BIOS I have also disable the PATA controller that I don't need since I changed HD. I also disbled internal graphics. So a whole bunch of changes all at once. I am not really eager to find exactly what was the problem. I am happy if everything works...
