Reconfigure OSD?

Does anyone know if there is a way to reconfigure the OSD? To get my video card and TV to work together well, I had to overscan the output of my video caed at the TV. Managed to fix most of the problems with the skins displaying off screen, but have not been able to fix the OSD. Need to shift text up and to the right a bit for the display to show up properly.

Also, default font in the blue skin is a little fuzzy on my TV. Does anyone have a suggestion for something that displays cleaner?

I don't know of any way to resize the OSD without also resizing the video stream. They seem to be hardcoded. There is a post on this in the Wishlist forum.
