Alibert,

Is there any chance that similar to "create link" from theTVDB.com could be implemented for Amazon? What I am really looking for is an easy way to get the movie poster for recorded movies and maybe some rating info as well?

The theTVDB.com linking works fine now with one exception (found so far). The show "Christine" (the new adventures of old Christine) refuses to link. All other shows found links fine. Logs attached.

Finally, If a show cannot be found due to the translated name in the XMLTV is there any way to manually fix the link? For example the show "two and a half men" is in my EPG Guide translated to "2 1/2 män" which does not return anything.

Thanks,

\\Anders

that would be difficult as I don't want to write those information into the npvr database directly, so that I would have to use the tv listings database for that purpose, but at the moment, there's only a column for the image url. Maybe I'll add something in a future release.

it seems that the shows have no subtitle (episode name), so that the plugin can't find a matching episode for those. However, some generic series information for 'Christine' and a common image should still be shown for the shows. Is that working?

you could lookup the series id on TheTVDB on your own, then manually add a row into the TVDB_SERIES table in the tv listings.db3 database to map the show title from your guide to the series id. Then, delete the file "lastupdated" in your local TVDB cache directory, open up tv listings or tv recordings and wait some minutes. If everything was correct, the series information then should be automatically downloaded for you.

Ok, what about only saving of the image url for that movies poster? or to download the poster image and store it together with the recording file. In that case at least the poster will be showed in the Recordings screen?

All my shows are missing subtitle and is defaulting to the shows main description. This is what is working for almost all shows. The show "Christine" is one of the exceptions and I cannot figure out why. Looking in the TVListing db I can see that the link is created but nothing is displayed in the show details as it does for other shows.

Ok, good to know. I actually went to get a thetvdb account and added the swedish translations for shows I was missing.

Thanks,
