I have exactly the same problem, have you by any chance had an opportunity to look at this.

You'll need to provide a current stream. I cant easily test with DVB EPG entries in the past.

Just saw that V has been cancelled. I enjoyed it early on and watched it till the end but it just couldn't stay on the level it started with. The networks no longer have patience in the audience slowly warming up and have to yank the shows quickly.
Not that this matters or helps you with your problem.
