Signal strength/quality?

Tried that, selected DVB-T Compatible Source, device number (0-2), and a frequency (570, 576 or 602) and I get a screen full of info.
I guess the thing to look at next time I have a problem are the Continuity errors as that climbs rapidly if the aerial is unplugged.
Is there anything else I should be looking at?
