PCTV 290e cannot scan DVB-T2 channels

I have W7 Professional and NPVR 2.0.3 installed.
I want to view the free HD channels in Sweden.
The DVB-T2 device is recognised as QAM (DVB-C?). The DVB-T device in 290e works perfectly OK.
Installing the TV Center supplied with the USB stick showed that the DVB-T2 receiver works fine watching HD channels.

Is a DVB-T source listed on the Settings -> Devices channel?

If you scan the top one those, then it should find the DVB-T2 channels assuming the correct frequencies are scanned.

Had to do some restarting and unistalling of TVCenter. It works!

I guess that the old limt in GBPVR of only 2 devices are gone? I have now in fact 3 devices in operation. I haven't tested them all 3 at the same time yet.

It works recording from the 3 devices at te same time. I actually had 8 recordings going at the same time since NPVR didn't use a new device when the program was on the same frequency!

To be honest, I'm not sure what you're talking about. GBPVR wasnt limited to 2 devices. You should have been able to use as many devices as you wanted.

I've not come across this - the old test PVR had 3 boards, one of which was a dual tuner and another a quad plus an external USB analogue tuner.

Yep, the multi-record feature is pretty cool for reusing a tuners for recording multiple channels at the same time.

The frequencies for scanning in each reception area (where HD is introduced and replaces analogue) are going to need updating. Load of work for someone!
