IPTV support?

I have ran a search on IPTV but most of the posts were serveral years ago, so I thought I would open it up to see if anything has changed. Can GB-PVR work with multicast single program transport streams by tuning the multicast address? ie: UDP//:239.192.0.104:1234

There isnt anything built-in for supporting for IPTV, but plugins can pass URLs like that to the PlayVideoFile() API, and if you have the appropriate directshow filters installed then it should play.

Is there any real example IPTV streams I can get to for testing? If so, then I might be able to add something a bit more direct.
