Some failed recordings

I've had a few instances this week where recordings have failed with a "No error but failed to lock"
Trying a few things, If I selected BBC1 in TV Guide I just got a blank screen. Same for BBC2. ITV I can view and then if move up/down and select BBC, then it works, but still unable to view from TV Guide. Did a reboot and now seems to be working again
I've only seen this happening since upgrade to 2.1.4 but there's engineering work in progress on our transmitters in preparation for digital switchover so had assumed that was the problem but trying a few things I'm not sure.
I've attached logs in case there are any clues there.

As a first step, update to 2.1.5. There was a recording bug in 2.1.4 that might have caused this. This bug was important enough that I quickly rolled a fix up in a new release and called it 2.1.5.
