Delay before marking recording 'watched'

I'd like to see a return of the useful feature that allows you to adjust the time you can watch a video before it's marked as watched. This was useful so you could quickly make sure the video worked and that it recorded what you asked for, without having to go back afterwards and mark it unwatched for future watching.

A small feature but a timesaver...

I think the request is reasonable. I probably wouldnt put a setting in the UI for it, but could put it in config.xml. I prefer to keep things simple, than a million settings to confuse the user. In that case, what would you think is a sensible number of seconds for the default value?

my vote would be 60 seconds

I agree, sub, it's a config file setting. I used to set it to 120 seconds when using GBPVR as that's my start padding value (can't remember if it's the default - if it is, then maybe that makes sense) but more importantly, I would have thought that, for a user who doesn't configure it, 60 seconds might be too long and a little confusing. "I've watched the first 30 seconds and it still says it's unwatched, what's going on?" might be the complaint.

So why not leave it at zero, or a small value like 10 seconds, and then the geeks can happily change it to whatever?
