0 bytes recordings on UK C4

I am using Windows XP with a Hauppauge Nova T card and am not able to record the UK channel 4(and it's sister channels ,I just get a 0byte recording,there is no picture for them in live tv and no program guide over the air,although xmltv seems fine.
I also have a no sound issue on all the live tv programs,although they do record with sound,any help is appreciated,

Do other channels on the same frequency work?

Have you tried deleting the channel and rescanning for it?

I'm guessing this somehow relates to your audio decoders. I'd try other audio decoders.

Your Npvr.log does not show an attempt to watch a channel live, please do that and post your log. What decoder(s) have you selected for audio in Settings->Decoders?
