Black Screen - No Live TV or Recordings

I am new to NPVR and tried to install everything according to the instructions. However, after being able to find my channels, etc. I still don't get a picture when going to live TV or recording. Both the buffer and recorded files show 0 bytes. Please help - attached is my log.

Strangely I cant seem to extract the log from this zip file, complaining about the compression method.

I cant see anything obvious in that log. Can you also attach the nrecord.log?

Here is the first log, I couldn't tell if this tuner is an HDHR, a DCR 2650 or a Prime with 4 tuners trying to run in QAM mode.

The original was compressed in mode 28 which you can open with 7zip or WinZip 10.

I think the most likely cause is the often reported HDHomeRun problem where the firewall isnt allowing NDigitalHost.exe to receive network traffic from the HDHomeRun.
