NextPVR 2.3.6 on Windows 2008 Server R2 (64bit)

It liks to work. I have followed the posts in the thread.
1) install WinTV 7
2) install BDA_R2__TV_Card_.msi

Have changed some decoding settings. NextPVR gives screen and audio on 2008R2 64bit Server! ;-)
