Rescan

I have just done a DVB-T rescan. The list of channels went from 97 to 2. This was not the result that I was aiming for.

But, the rescan had worked. NPVR just didn't want to tell me that it had worked.

It would be good if the channels didn't disappear when doing a rescan on a device.

If I was a really needy type, I might ask for a new column in the scan results saying stuff like, "New channel added", "Channel frequency changed", "Channel not found and deleted".

This has come up before, and in general is a good idea. But you wouldn't want that last option though, especially if you have poor reception and don't always pick up the channels too well while scanning.
