Hello,

Looking at the potential of NextPVR especially as XBMC backend i decided to uninstall FTR and go for NextPVR. The install went fine. I have a TBS6984 Quad port DVB adapter installed, working fine with FTR Argus. On each port i have 4 satellites connected, so i'm using the DiSEqC 1.x A/B/C/D option.

When scanning it finds channels but it crashes before finishing. Also i cannot see if the DiSEqC switching is working or not. This is loggen in the windows eventlog:

Event 1000:

Faulting application name: NextPVR.exe, version: 1.0.0.0, time stamp: 0x5069c9b0

I hope we can get this sorted soon, don't want to get back to FTR! If you need more infor please let me know.

Unfortunately NextPVR doesn't support diseqc control on TBS devices.

I suspect there is some data in one of your frequencies that the application. Usually we'd need to identify which frequency is causing this issue, then try to capture some data so I can reproduce it here. Given the lack of TBS diseqc, it's probably not really going to help you.

Hello sub,

What can be done to make diseqc work on the TBS cards? I'm a C# developer, maybe can assist on some testcode?
