channel numbers in xmltv

I've got a small problem... I'm trying to use mc2xml to generate an EPG for nPVR, but the information it pulls from Microsoft doesn't match the channel lineup that nPVR has listed.

I live in 75206, and nPVR shows channel 4 as being KERA (which it is... if I watch it it's definitely KERA). The XML generated by mc2xml says that channel 4 is WFAA.

I'm just using a simple over-the-air antenna that worked fairly flawlessly with Windows Media Center in the past, so I'm not sure why there's a divergence of data. Any insights?

I'm not trying to be snarky, but from what you've written I honestly don't understand what the problem is. You say you have your desired channel KERA showing as channel number 4 in NextPVR, so why do you care what your XMLTV file says channel 4 is?

Perhaps it would help if you knew you could set the channel number and name to whatever you want in Settings->Channels?
