It's not much, but it's my first attempt at an HTPC and it's serving it's purpose as a media server and DVR. When my DVD changer crapped out on my, it became my primary DVD player as well.

It's a Dell Dimension 8100 with a P3 1.0GHz processor, stock motherboard, and 640MB of RDRAM. Video is a GeForce MX4000 with SVIDEO out running to the A/V receiver. Sound is a Turtle Beach Santa Cruz also going to the receiver. I'm using the Hauppauge WinTV PVR-150 (full retail) and the included Hauppauge remote. OS is Windows 2000 with GB-PVR as the front-end, of course.

I'm making plans to move it into a more appropriate case and upgrade some of the components, but that's a ways down the road.

I got rid of the Antec SLK case in favor of the CoolerMaster ATCs. I really like this case. It's a tad louder than the Antec was due to the little 60mm fan on the back, but it looks alot nicer IMO. I'm going to build a shelf above the TV for it since it's really a desktop/reciever looking case, but it actually doesn't look half bad as a tower (kinda matches my subwoofer that's on the right, PC is on the left side).

Pic 1 is showing you:a Epia M 1000 motherboard whit 512mb RAM, 120Gb Hd, Hauppauge Pvr 350 (tv/radio-capture card), a USB DECT phone connected to Skype (VoIP), joytech scart switch whit ir-reote 5.1 sound. Wierless internet, etc.
Pic 2 is at the back on the passive water radiator.
