Hi,
I recently installed NextPVR and I'm quite enjoying it. However, I'm having a problem with finding certain channels: they're just not showing up. I'm using QAM here in the US, and while the channel scans turn about ~40 stations, there's another 20 I know are out there but aren't being seen. I know they're out there because Media Center picks them up and shows them nicely. I've searched through all the unencrypted QAM channels. The channels I can't find also don't show up on the silicon dust website listing for my location, but again, I know they're there because Media Center finds them. I am able to find all the stations that the silicon dust list has, though. Are those other channels in some different format?
I must be missing something here. Is there a way to get those channels?
If it's any help, my TV tuner card is a Hauppauge WinTV-HVR-2250. I just recently "upgraded" to Windows 8.
Thank you very much!
