Set-top box but scan does not find channel 3

Yes I installed the analog devices. I am trying to import the channels. There is just too many channels to map them manually. I have the xmltv file how do I map it (all channels to channel 3).

Did you make sure you had it set to use "fixed-channel 3" when you imported the channels?
