NextPVR run on Windows 2003 Server?

I have a good working server and can't really change the OS to windows 7, but can NPVR run on 2003 without a lot of headaches? I know people who have XP seem to have more configuration issues setting up NPVR and I can't go through all of that too in addition to trying to just even get it working properly.

I found that the system specs say it will run, but will it be a huge hassle? Are there different installation instructions for an XP/2003 install?

I have read that 2003 Server doesn't include, for example, BDA components required by NextPVR (and any similar software) and that Google know where to find the necessary downloads. There may be other issues also. I have heard that the careful arrangement of hoops and some skilled jumping can get a result.
