Missing channels after Australian digital retune

Australian SBS TV moved to 184500 Khz last month. When I scan my tuner it does not pick up the new channel. I have used another program (DNTV Live) to check the channels and that too missed the new channel. However it did allow manual selection of the frequency and it was then tuned in strongly. Seems like NPVR is skipping over the channel as it tunes frequencies above and below it.

I have selected offsets. I have selected Australia/Adelaide as the region.

Help requested.

You will have to edit the Tuning ini file in the users/public/NPVR/Tuning/DVB-T folder replacing the old frequency with the new frequency using notepad.
Alternatively you could do an All Countries all regions scan but it will take longer and may get some unwanted channels.
